Welcome Back!
Howdy, folks.
Seems like forever since we last chatted about our latest and greatest investigations. But, as of tomorrow we'll all reunite across the country. Once again, you all have the ability to tune in to our lives and watch our investigations unfold in a [usually] neat, 22-minute format.
So what can you expect this season? Well, I think we've definitely upped the ante. There are bigger stories to tell, new equipment that we'll unveil and new guest investigators that I'm so excited to introduce to the mainstream.
Obviously, I can't go in to detail (nor would I; who likes spoilers??) about the season, but I look forward to the discussions, debates, controversies and new fans that will come along the way.
Things are different this year. It's weird investigating with clients who already know who you are. And what I found to be so amazing is that each client has watched at least one episode of PARANORMAL STATE, which acted as a turning point to them to reach out and ask for our help. Why? Because that episode touched them. They connected with an episode and suddenly they didn't feel so alone in the world. The first season of the show influenced the clients of the second season, and no doubt the clients' stories of season two will possibly influence the clients of season three.
So, PARANORMAL STATE: SEASON TWO debuts Monday, July 28th at 10pm EST/9C, with two, back-to-back episodes. I highly suggest you check it out. We just premiered the first episode today at COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL to about 1,000 people and it was well-received. It was so great to watch it with a big crowd. Hopefully we'll get to do something similar for future episodes!
I will do my best to update this blog weekly, as I've taken notice that this blog has a very large readership. I'm very honored that so many of you check it out and hopefully it'll continue to grow!
Take care everyone and see ya'll tomorrow!

hey I just found your blog AWESOME! I am a 51 year old mom from NYC and I am addicted!! I have been clairsentient my whole life and its TIRING. I've been disabled for the last 13 years so being home with my kids has calmed it all down. Groups of people make my head hurt with all the "feelings" bombarding me.
However, I wanted to mention something I learned about about EVP. I was going crazy "hearing" what sounded like a room full of people (though I couldn't understand what they said) for a couple years. It kept me up at night -- only happened when my A/C or heater was running. I have a friend who's a medium who lives in the Ithaca, NY area who I trust (like you, I am not big on a lot of psychics -- too much room for fraud but Chip is quite blunt & honest which is refreshing!) and he said that EVP can travel on "white noise." Have you ever looked into that?
You are all doing a great great job. I will keep checking back in. You have a lot of courage - all of you -- to confront the paranormal. I was unable to confront it until I was in my 30s!

I loved the new episodes!
I started watching it with my sister, and by the second commercial break, my entire family was glued to the screen. We can't wait to see more.

The season opener was great! I have a few questions for you about it. So far I have not seen any of the spirits being sent into the light. We who are aware of spirits and work with them are responsible to end thier time on earth and send them on. I work with a group here in Northeast Georgia and we do clearings for peoplple who experience hauntings also. Are the clearings done when the camera's are not rolling? If so can you please show this on a episode so that people learn the spirits can be sent on and peace can be restored to thier lives? As a light worker and healer it would mean a tremendous amount to me for this to be shown. People are becoming more open and receptive to our talents, also more people are admitting to the talents they have kept hidden. Your show is one that teaches people about the unknown and now we need to teach them not to fear it. Feel free to write back I would love to hear from you.

One thing i really hope an episode does this season is go into more depth about the team. I would love to know more about Ryan and everyone else. The two minute introduction of the show doesn't do enough justice.
